APPLICATION ENGINEER

Responsibility:

·     To serve customers in Vietnam on water treatment.

·     Manage / and being frontline interact with Taiwanese point of contact at customer site. Develop related report, troubleshoot technical issue, do customer entertainment and relationship development.

·     To understand the basic related technical of water treatment to be sufficient enough to communicate the Value to customer at site.

·     Provide routine service support to Sales Representatives in strategic district accounts to execute agreed upon customer system assurance and continuous improvement plans.

·     Engage in relationship building activities with clients and alliances to build good partner and professional working environment under friendly mode.

·     Provide technical support to customers; identifying and resolving customer pain points, escalating as required. Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels.

·     Support services include: Sample testing, light maintenance, customer service, service report generation, chemical ordering, chemical inventory management, general labor activities.

·     Able to present and facilitate key discussions with clients on any formal meeting with customer.

·     Consistently adhere to and follow all Company Core Value principles and business requirements and guidelines.

·     Possible travel within assigned territory.

Qualifications:

·     Taiwanese Nationality

·     With 3-5 years of work experience in chemical/environment or steel mills or related fields.

·     Degree in Engineering /Chemicals/ Environment.

·     Knowledge in a related industry would be advantage.

·     Fluency in English would be advantage.

·     People person with good communication skills

·     Strong technical skill. Work hard with Result oriented.

·     Working Location: Hanoi , HoChiMinh City and other locations assigned by the Company the specific time.
