1. 生醫材料配合不同的物理傳導方式開發新型藥物傳遞系統，特別是可攜帶蛋白質與核酸的載體
2. 胜肽高分子與生物降解高分子於再生醫學材料上的應用。

目前研究方向

1. 目前的研究重點在於基因療法上非病毒型載體與蛋白質療法載體的開發。主要使用微脂粒與生物高分子作為載體。並藉由暸解載體與細胞內外環境的相互作用、延長載體經由靜脈注射後在血液中的半衰期與利用配位體進行標的傳送至特定的細胞或組織，來提昇載體的傳遞效率。
2. 利用胜肽高分子與生物降解高分子建構複合材料，藉由調控材料的物理特性，分析細胞於材料上的基因表現，以期在再生醫學上的應用。
