研究概述

　

  1. 酵素催化反應應用於脂質)相關之研究如以酵素進行油脂的改質、特殊脂肪酸之純化及以脂解酵素催化結構酯質之合成(Separation and purification of functional fatty acid, modification of lipid by enzymatic reaction, synthesis of structure lipid)。
  2. 從大豆除臭油中分離生物活性物質(Separation of bioactive compounds from soybean oil deodorizer distillate).
  3. 米糠油相關之研究，包括以米糠油為原料生產生質柴油、從米糠油分離純化生物活性物質如米糠醇、蛋白質、酚化合物及澱粉等(Production of biodiesel from rice bran. Separation of oryzanol from rice bran oil. Separation of protein, phenolic compounds and starch from defatted rice bran)。
  4. 生質柴油相關研究，如以活性污泥為原生產生質柴油、培養藻類生產生質柴油(Production of biodiesel from activated sludge. Culturing of algae for the production of biodiesel).
