[Announcement] 賴志遠(James Lai)教授的密集課程 (2018/12/07~12/14):智慧高分子奈米材料生醫應用(Smart polymer nanomaterials for biomedical applications)

Dear all:

We are honored and pleased to invite Dr. P. James Lai of University of Washington School of Medicine, U.S.A,

to deliver a 1 credit-hour intensive course (CH5613701). 

 

Our office is pleased to announce that Dr. James Lai will offer an one credit intensive course (CH5613701) entitle, smart polymer nanomaterials for biomedical applications, during the Fall semester of 2018.  Dr. Lai is currently a Research Associate Professor in the Department of Bioengineering at University of Washington (https://bioe.uw.edu/portfolio-items/james-lai/).  The course will focus on in vitro diagnostics and the relevant smart polymer technologies.  Additionally, the course will have discussion about the technology commercialization process, which is one of the most effective approaches for converting the technologies developed in research laboratories to potential clinical applications.  Enclosed please find the course schedule and lecture topics.  We would like to encourage you to sign up the course.  If there is any question, please feel free to contact Dr. Lai directly via email laix0041@gmail.com.

Dec 12th: 18:25~21:05(A,B,C), Smart reagents for (a) immunoprecipitation; (b) biomarker detection; and (c) bioprocessing

Dec 13th: 18:25~21:05(A,B,C), Venture capitalists and entrepreneurs

Dec 14th: 18:25~21:05(A,B,C), Commercialization strategie
