Job Title: Production Manager

Location: Kaohsiung City, Taiwan

Responsibilities

• Follow global procedure, lead to close projects based on schedule defined upon business strategy
• Rresponsible for the day to day operations and production leadership for approximately 30 employees in the facility.
• Work in partnership with the EHS Manager and responsible for maintaining and improving EHS compliance.
• Responsible for the overall operation of the plant and provide strong leadership for the area and effectively manages the operations to make optimum use of the plant facilities.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports to the site manager.

Qualification

• Minimum of 10 years of chemical industry production experience, to include a minimum of 5 years in a lead role or management position.
• Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner.
• Master degree in chemical engineering or related field preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin.
