目前研究主要包括以下各項：

1. 各類蒸餾系統之程序特性分析，並決定最佳控制策略及最適操作條件。研究之系統包括高純度蒸餾、萃取蒸餾、非均勻相共沸蒸餾、近沸蒸餾、批式蒸餾、及反應蒸餾。
2. 纖維素生質酒精整廠製程之設計及控制。
3. 糖尿病患者之血糖模式建立及控制。
4. 連續式及半批次生化反應器之操作及控制。
5. 工業級聚烯類反應製程之控制及品別轉換策略。
